Matrescence: The Transition
Motherhood is not only something you do. It is a transition happening to you.
A PLACE TO BEGIN
Motherhood is not only something you do. It is a transition happening to you.
This structured psychotherapy group supports mothers navigating anxiety, rage, identity shifts, emotional overload, intrusive thoughts, relationship strain, and adjustment after children. We make room for both symptom support and the larger question of who you are becoming.
Groups are offered virtually to adults located in Alabama at the time of service. A 30-minute intake appointment helps confirm fit, readiness, and current support needs before placement.
