YOU CAN HOLD MORE THAN ONE TRUTH

“I love my child” and
“I miss my old life”
can exist together.

Ambivalence is not failure. Needing care does not make you ungrateful. You deserve space to understand who you are now—not just how well you are taking care of everyone else.

THERAPIST-LED GROUPS

Come as you are.
Leave with more of you.

MEET THE THERAPIST

Hi! I’m Drew Richard

(pronounced Ree-shard)

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in transitions that change how women see themselves, like motherhood, a Maternal Wellness Advocate, and Mommy of Three.

Through both professional and lived experience, I recognized a deep need for intentional community, culturally responsive care, and accessible maternal mental health support. Alongside clinical gaps, I saw an often-overlooked need: mothers longing for connection and spaces where they can exist beyond caregiving roles while rebuilding identity through every stage of motherhood.

Ma.Mom.Mama was created to meet that need—offering compassionate mental health support, community events, support groups, and resources that honor the full experience of motherhood and womanhood. My work centers connection, emotional wellness, and the belief that mothers deserve support not only in crisis, but throughout every stage and version.
